After release, domestic delivery can use a carrier you nominate (China Post, ZTO, YTO, SF, etc.) or our Xiamen company can arrange handover. Yes. Single Window filing at Xiamen Customs can be done by the consignee or assisted by Forever Gain as a separate service priced by complexity (SKU count, HS codes). Transport covers HK warehouse intake, bonded trucking, and delivery into a Xiamen warehouse for pickup.

Three brackets: ≤8 kg minimum HKD 293 per shipment; 8–22 kg is HKD 293 plus HKD 42/kg over 8 kg (22 kg capped at HKD 881); 22–100 kg at HKD 26.5/kg (bracket minimum HKD 881); over 100 kg at HKD 24/kg (bracket minimum HKD 2,650). Chargeable weight is the greater of actual and volumetric (L×W×H÷6000). No fuel surcharge currently; rate covers HK warehouse to Xiamen warehouse pickup only — not duty, VAT or onward China delivery. Single Window assistance is priced separately.

Does the quote include China duty and VAT?

No. Freight quotes cover the Hong Kong to Xiamen warehouse segment (or document line as published). Import duty, VAT and any domestic delivery after Xiamen are separate.
