Our warehouse is at Shop 1, G/F, Block B, Hi-Tech Industrial Centre, 5-21 Pak Tin Par Street, Tsuen Wan — drive in through the Hi-Tech car park entrance and straight to the end. It is street level, so containers, cross-border trucks and vans pull up directly. Neighbours, fellow tenants in the estate and small local firms are all welcome, and 20ft and 40ft containers are loaded or unloaded at the door by our own crew and equipment.
What we do here

Our cross-border truck has arrived with nowhere to unload — what now?
Come to our Tsuen Wan warehouse. We are at street level, so cross-border trailers, lorries and vans pull up directly. We unload on arrival to keep driver waiting time down, tally and photograph immediately, then store, release in batches or trans-load straight into an export container. Give us some notice if the truck schedule is tight so we can slot you in.
Can we store goods short term?
Yes. Waiting for a vessel, for the rest of the order, or for the buyer's L/C — park it with us, for transit or long term. Storage areas are segregated; goods are photographed, weighed and measured on receipt, and we can sort, re-box, label and re-pack, then check, palletise and stretch-wrap before shipment.
How is storage charged?
Storage is charged by pallet, by square foot, by day or by month, depending on volume and how long the goods stay. Message us on WhatsApp or call +852 2542 4466 with the volume and expected storage period for a price. Every inbound, put-away, pick and outbound is logged, and movement reports can be sent to you regularly.

Do you take small jobs, not just big companies?
Yes. Neighbours, fellow tenants in the estate and small local firms are all welcome — you do not need a big shipment. A few pallets to co-load with someone else's box? We find the space.
Do you handle both 20ft and 40ft containers?
Yes, and 40ft HQ too. With the container at the door, our crew, pallet trucks and forklifts do the loading or unloading; every piece is tallied before release, and container and seal numbers are recorded.
Is the warehouse upstairs? Do we have to wait for a goods lift?
No. We are at street level, so containers, cross-border trucks and vans pull up directly. No goods lift, no queuing.
After unloading, can we re-consign and re-mark the goods at your warehouse?
Yes. If the consignee, destination or buyer changes after arrival, we re-document, re-mark and re-ship from our warehouse; we can also sort, re-box, label and re-pack.
